Drinking fans at the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League finals had to wear pink wrist bands while in a segregated zone to help manage crowd behaviour.
Amateur Victorian clubs have been urged to set up wet and dry areas.

Unlicensed and unregistered drivers are the target as Mornington Peninsula police unveil sophisticated detection technology.
In a recent blitz, eight unregistered cars and two unlicensed drivers were nabbed in a four-and-a-half hour period at Tyabb, Hastings, Moorooduc and Mornington.
